John A. Coniglio, CPA has been providing accounting and tax solutions to clients in South Florida for over 20 years. John has served in regional and local accounting firms as well as well as private industry. After 10 years as a partner with the firm of Rodriguez, Kinzbrunner & Coniglio, LLP, John has reestablished his own accounting practice.
John has served clients in a number of different industries, including construction contractors, real estate, hospitality and travel, auto leasing and sales, healthcare, insurance, not-for-profit organizations, professional services, telecommunications and retail and wholesale distribution. He has successfully represented clients, particularly small businesses, and assisted their attorneys and other advisors in minimizing taxes and solving tax problems. He has also assisted with the successful reorganization of business operations; restructuring of debt; performed litigation support; conducted forensic investigations; and facilitated the audit and reporting services needs of private and public companies.
John graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1988. He then began his career with a large regional accounting firm and later moved to private industry, before establishing his own CPA practice. He received his CPA designation in 1990 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
John was the founding Treasurer and Board Member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce, also known as the American Chamber of Christians in Business, where he had several appearances, giving sound biblical advice regarding accounting and tax matters, on "The Chamber Hour," a monthly radio talk show. He has also volunteered his time for the Chamber’s small business seminars as the designated CPA.
