We use our accounting, auditing and taxation skills to provide analyses of financial records in conjunction with dispute resolutions, and we provide forensic accounting services to either the plaintiff’s or the defendant’s attorney. We are available in a litigation consulting capacity, to prepare expert reports, and provide expert witness testimony.
John A. Coniglio, CPA has performed forensic investigations, including the identification and computation of damages; review of contracts and agreements to assess and quantify accounting and tax implications; reconstruction accounting; prepared expert reports and testimony, opining on such matters as the “reasonable royalty” and “reasonable attorneys fees” in cases related to patent infringement; and financial impact of "force majeure" circumstances related to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
A main focus of our litigation support services is our bankruptcy and insolvency services.

In today’s economic environment, with the substantial increase in bankruptcy filings, our goal is to become a reliable and most trusted accounting resource for attorneys, trustees, debtors, and creditors with cases in the small and middle markets. We do this by focusing our services to assist small firm and sole practitioner legal professionals with the accounting expertise needed to make the case a success – whether that means assisting in getting a debtor’s Chapter 11 plan confirmed, assisting creditors committees or individual creditors in maximizing recoveries, or providing other bankruptcy and insolvency services. Our goal is to provide the services attorneys and their clients need, with the personalized attention and commitment they deserve, and do so with integrity and excellence.
John A. Coniglio, CPA has over 15 years in this field, beginning by serving as a Conrtoller and then Chief Liquidating Officer for a spin-off Fortune 500 Company. John has served insolvent companies and individuals - both in and outside of court proceedings - and has assisted attorneys in achieving excellent results for companies in various industries.

- Jack Frost Laboratories, Inc.: Accountant for creditors’ committee in Chapter 11 reorganization of manufacturer and distributor of cold products; the case resulted in 100% payment to unsecured creditors at confirmation.
- Penn Dutch Meats, Inc.: Forensic accountant for debtor; prepared expert’s report identifying possible preferences actions and reported on transactions with insiders; controversies resulted in settlement.
